Individual Psychotherapy

I use mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, as well as a host of other tools, within the lens of trauma-informed care and harm reduction. These styles of therapy can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, grief responses, trauma, and reactivity, and support emotional stability and relationship health.

I have seen the incredible growth that happens in safe, therapeutic relationships, so the first priority of therapy is to build that relationship. It takes bravery to take that first step. I offer in-person therapy in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, or telehealth visits on a secure video platform.

Yoga Therapy

As a yoga therapist, certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, I can support you in building a practice to honor your inner wisdom. Yoga therapy uses movement, meditation, and breath to allow for deep listening. Through yoga we can shift long held patterns in our bodies or thoughts that cause us suffering. Yoga Therapy can be a stand alone service, or incorporated into individual psychotherapy sessions.

  • Non-insurance rate - $150 per hour.
